The Village of College park has grown around Lone Star College – Montgomery, the University Center and The Woodlands College Park High School. College Park gives The Woodlands the added distinction of being a “college town”, host to the University Center and availability of classes hosted by A&M University among others. The Sam Houston State University campus at the University Center in The Woodlands offers access to an excellent university in a convenient location. College Park is also home to St. Luke’s -The Woodlands Hospital, providing exceptional health care services. With a large variety of restaurants, small and large shopping centers, retail centers along College Park Drive complement the academic environment. Restaurants, coffee shops, fast food and bookstores can all be found in the Village of College Park. Also located in College Park are Windsor Hills and Windsor Lakes active adult communities for those over the age of 55. Harper’s Landing, a large family neighborhood, is part of College Park, and features a village park with swimming pool, water fun park, playgrounds and playfields.
